I've been with the BPO industry for almost 8 years. I have experience working in both inbound and outbound calls and messaging /chat customer service as a technical support representative and as a Sales representative. I was also promoted to the position of SME, handling the onshore team for sales account in Australia (TELSTRA), and I was then promoted again to the position of Sales Coach (ONE NEW ZEALAND), where in I handled a team to define strategies and focus on activities to help my sales team to deliver better sales results, I also helped them to improve their skills and motivate them to deliver quality performance.I also do coaching for those agents who have zero sales to give them ideas and tips on how to close a sale and meet their daily and monthly targets. I am also an Account Manager wherein I operated as the lead point of contact for New York Locations for my clients Business. I always build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships. I also negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
