Manage clinical staff and schedules for clinical based and traveling cardiologists. Perform reviews for 26 employees, maintain payroll, and other reports pertaining to clinical staff. Schedule preliminary procedures in preparation for surgery. Coordinate surgical schedules across multiple hospitals. Maintain surgeons clinical and surgery schedules. Create new forms to assist in maintaining inventory for clinical equipment. Perform diagnostic testing including stress test, EKGs, rhythm strips, and SHAPE testing. Laboratory testing including PT/INR, and blood draws for lipid testing. Room patients collecting medical history, vital signs, and personal history. Prepare charts for upcoming clinics for multiple providers.

Duties for the administrative area include: preparing charts for upcoming appointments, making sure all prior procedure documents are obtained prior to the patient's appointment.
