Working with 750 sets of twins over 2 decades of being a doula has given me nuanced understanding of what each newborn needs, which helps parents and grandparents feel confident.I love teaching classes through Providence Health System in Portland, Oregon where I offer Becoming a Grandparent, Feeding Your Newborn, Twins and More and New Mom's Groups, as well as Newborn Care and Breastfeeding Comprehensive classes.I love creating tools that help others understand and care for babies, and have made two professional newborn videos on bathing, swaddling, and understanding babies needs.My specialties are early family transitions, grandparents welcoming a new baby, lactation support, and managing twins and triplets.I was IBCLC certified in 2011, so breast and bottle feeding is a huge focus of my education and experience.
