CurrentUsing the Plant Foods Method, I help women reclaim 10 years of youth, energy, save time & eliminate stress. Love living a healthy lifestyle with ease. Make an impact for your children's children and future generations by your shift in your own wellness today.Ever since I can remember, I've been inventing new recipes and getting creative in the kitchen, so in 2003 As a rejuvenation specialist and international speaker on well-being, I decided to become certified as a plant food chef and start sharing recipes that anyone could easily make. At my retreat, clients would transition into plant foods as a lifestyle as their tastebuds and appetite for new exhilarating foods changed, craving healthier options. My recipes are my family's favorite foods that I've been making for years. I've tested, retested, and perfected each one to make sure that you have success in the kitchen each and every time. My goal is that it is an easily sustainable way of life that gives time back and makes life easier and more joyful. How do we maintain a plant-based lifestyle? For me, in 1997, I thought it would be difficult to transition to a vegan diet, which was 100% elimination of dairy and animal meat, and eggs. But I basically was an "overnight vegan" once I discovered the hormones injected into cows, that come out in dairy, as well as their meat, and the response of my body to those foods. I learned to hack traditional foods, making them gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free and to taste like the foods I was missing and craving.Finding this balance between healthy food and food that still tastes good has helped me to stay dairy-free and animal-free for 25 years, my husband vegetarian since his first cleanse with me 10 years ago, and has allowed us to raise our daughter plant-based, who so far has never wanted meat or dairy! Satisfaction and ease of food are the keys to maintaining a plant foods lifestyle, no matter if it is 100% free from dairy, meat, gluten, or sugar.
