My job is to open the store and close it at times. Each time requires cash handling of multiple drawers, safe accounting, deposit handling, and lodging all deposits.My job is to make sure the store looks amazing for the morning opening and that it looks amazing before I leave at night and sets the next shift up for success. Time management as well as team appreciation and customer service are my main tasks. You can't have a great time or happy customers without it. I like challenges and the challenges that come with each day at work. I'm great with math, communication, technology, time management, coaching team members when needed, and much more!

Thorntons gave me a big leap into management. From making schedules and controlling labor hours to checking in deliveries and settling their invoices each day. I jumped in where my team needed me. Whether it be in the kitchen, to gas spills outside, to garbage collection. I made sure our safe was always on point. That drawer and change were always had, and that team members got their tasks done and covering when a team member couldn't come in.

My job was to ensure that our guests were satisfied with their stay. That paperwork for invoices was done, as well as managing the stock of those items in the general store. I made schedules for my team and made sure they had all the resources they needed as well as hearing their needs or suggestions to better the team.
