Information Providers is a company that completes inspection reports for homeowner’s insurance. As a reviewer, my job was to guarantee the accuracy of such reports including factors like property size, replacement cost, and condition, to edit such reports for clarity and thoroughness, and to communicate with our field analysts should any discrepancies or oversights arise. I was named Employee of the Year in 2017, working more overtime than any other employee in the review department that year, and helped to spearhead our call center program when it was initiated. I have also worked customer service and trained a number of employees to complete our basic property survey.

Taught two sections of World History to 1300 CE as lecturer/instructor of record. For this job, I prepared lectures, created and graded written assignments and map work, and administered exams. Perhaps the most rewarding part was working one on one with students during my office hours, and I was told that my writing advice rivaled any that was given in composition class.
