My duties include bathing, drying and preparing the dogs for the groomers. I am responsible for cleaning and organizing the shop and for filing of the client's appointment cards. I am also, responsible for meeting and greeting the customers.

My primary responsibility was distributing and straightening products from incoming shipments. I was also responsible for being present when the shipments arrived. I would give direction to other associates related to their responsibilities for the night. I would greet and direct customers to items in the store.

Merchandise and maintain various product sets in The Home Depot stores to enhance the customer experience, increase sales, and maximize inventory turns. I serviced a multi-store territory which required daily travel to different store locations. I performed pack down on low stock and out-of-stock products. I ensured that the planogram was set to be in compliance. I was responsible to straightened, cleaned and merchandised product to match planogram to ensure merchandise was presented in a visually appealing manner.

I was responsible for responding to our customers’ needs. I trained associates and leads on current product in my department. I unloaded shipments, stocked shelves, and cashiering. I also answered phones and directed customer calls. The Key Carrier is considered the manager on duty. I was in charge of store and 3-4 associates at a time, daily cash handling. I was responsible for driving sales; provide guidance to consumers to help identify the appropriate solution to meet the customers' needs. I was the in store expert for furniture related questions and supported sales and marketing activities for all areas of the store.

I lead a department, coached and trained associates. Traveled to other stores to do resets and clean ups. Set planograms and participated in inventory sales. Responsibilities included merchandising, customer service, training, sales and all facets of running a department.

I traveled to other locations of stores to help with resets and clean ups. Responsibilities included key holder, cashiering, sales, shipping of UPS packages and providing excellent customer service.

Counted inventory, shipped excess products to vendors. I stocked shelves, organized and merchandised all departments within the store. Responded to customer needs and participated in inventory sales. I performed other store duties as needed. Responsibilities included merchandising, customer service, stocking, and organizing.
