I look at myself as a Jill of all trades and I am always willing to learn something new. My first job was packaging and shipping fresh vegetables on a farm in East Texas. After getting married and moving to California, I received my certification to be a veterinarian assistant and then did on the job training to become a vet technician. I then became a resort manager for a 5 star luxury pet resort, and was quickly transferred to the corporate side of the business to become an employee training manager as well as assisting the head accountant with daily reports and monthly tasks. After moving to Tennessee to live closer to family, I found myself burned out in the animal field, so I went on the hunt for something more. I then found the "more" I was looking for and that was with a rapidly growing Global Supply Chain Company. I started on the logistics side of the business and then was transitioned to the accounting and treasury dept as the company grew.
