Implement and manage all phases of design, documentation and construction administration on contemporary residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings and interiors. Liaise with and deliver presentations to Clients, Consultants, Design Review Boards and Planning and Development Agencies. Process and expedite permit submittals. Prepare and manage fee proposals, contracts, project budgets, and invoices. Track monthly and annual fee revenue projections. Assist in managing operations of the firm including the facilities, hiring, training, and management of staff. Prepare and deliver marketing presentations to potential clients and attend interviews.

Responsible for planning, design, documentation, and construction administration on a diverse range of institutional, retail, and commercial architecture and interiors, competitions, and public art projects. Engaged in daily coordination between Clients, Consultants, Vendors, Suppliers, and Fabricators. Developed and delivered presentations to Client Groups for marketing, design review, and funding purposes; included developing physical and digital three dimensional models, graphic brochures and boards, PowerPoint presentations, and full scale mock-ups.

Design Studio and Seminar Instructor

Lecture, lead discussions, and develop projects to introduce students to the study and practice of architecture and design. Help students to understand Boston and its architecture as well as learn design concepts and abstract ideas through exercises.

Manage all phases of design and construction on commercial, residential, and institutional architecture, corporate interior design, and master planning projects. Liase with Building Managers to provide tenant fit plans, as built drawings, and presentations. Work closely with Clients and Developers in preparing masterplans and schematic designs for several urban revitalization projects including existing corporate parks and new mixed use buildings.

As-built field documentation, draft construction documents, prepare templates for CAD libraries, and contract documents. Assist with marketing proposals and presentation materials, rendering and model making. Support Project Architects by preparing specifications, submittals, and conducting material research.
