Provide independent risk management oversight for all platform services within Consumer and Small Business Banking as well as Consumer Lending Technology.

Sponsor and oversee a technology solution to support the Enterprise wide exiting of customers for Financial Crimes reasons. Establish a strategy across Wells Fargo to enable all business groups to utilize the application for any customer exiting reason. Establish and oversee a program to bring together International Financial Crimes monitoring efforts.

Define technology requirements and strategy for multiple key risk initiatives including Complaints Management, End User Computing Tools, and the Corporate Risk Management Portfolio Tool. Supported the establishment of the Technology Risk Management Oversight team ensuring compliance with regulator deadlines and generating regulator status reports. Build and support a governance process to review and evaluate all Operational and Compliance risk technologies and lead the development of a two year technology roadmap to improve risk application efficiencies.

Work with Credit Risk executives to support Credit Risk applications.

Lead business analysis effort on:*Implementation of new Federal regulations pertaining to Medicaid Explanation of Benefit Statements*Implement the process of identifying and sending specialized claims (cancer drugs and treatments) to a third party vendor for claims processing and then processing the recommendation from the third party vendor in Coventry's main claims processing system for multiple health plans (20+).
