• Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Agents and assist them with inquiries and questions they may have• Enter rates and codes new business, cancellations, renewals, reinstatements and endorsements. • Efficiently Service and respond to internal and external customer needs• High level of interaction with all underwriting personnel as necessary to assist with various underwriting functions such as bid entry, bid results, WIP Schedule, and the entry of Financial Analysis Worksheets • Per agent’s request, prepare and execute new bonds, endorsements, riders and reinstatements • Review and reconcile internal system reports as directed by manager• Assist finance with collections inquiries upon request and assist accounting with any billing or premium discrepancies.• Perform general administrative office duties such as mail handling, ordering supplies, phone coverage, and agency administration. • Collaborates effectively with my direct team to solve problems that may arise
