Trade Marketing Specialist
Current- In charge of departmental, hyper, Costco and Specialty trade marketing.
- Create an annual trade marketing & promotion calendar for 7 Brands in line with headquarters direction & partner with KAM to align ATL and BTL plans and achieve channel objectives accordingly. (Brand: NERF, Play Doh.
- Weekly /monthly POS data tracking to improve plan effectiveness and efficiency & Develop channel planogram guidelines / merchandising plan / POSM design to improve in-store visibility.
- Product / assortment management & Co-op with supply chain team on demand / forecast for bundle required.
- Plan and execute trade marketing budgets by brand, channel, monthly, monitor progress and track ROI.
- Monitor key competitor activities, providing insight and an action plan for future plan improvement.
