Global Business & Market Analytics Manager, Dupont Shelter
Current• Analyze market and business data using qualitative and quantitative techniques, deriving cogent, actionable insights to support sales/marketing initiatives and foster informed business decisions.• Head diverse team of marketing and analysis professionals, marshaling resources, allocating time, and building team cohesion/productivity to ensure project success.• Partner cross-functionally with IT team as Shelter lead to ensuring business-data needs are being represented in infrastructure and data analytics projects, such as the development of the DuPont Data Lake; helm project to develop point-of-sale data lake for Shelter. • Administer Shelter’s Corian and Tyvek point-of-sale programs, supervising an external vendor. • Direct data stewardship efforts across numerous reporting and visualization systems. • Assiduously align efforts with strategic goals, concerns, and questions, establishing consistent communications with stakeholders in senior leadership and across the organization.• Craft and refine clear, compelling brand vision; composed guidelines and documentation for use by other teams and in the long term.
