Lead a the talent selection team for Hackensack Meridian Health Network. Currently responsible for supporting Corporate Functions, Physician Practices, and Rehabilitation Institute. Prior responsibility was supporting Allied Health and Hospitality functions across the Hackensack Meridian Network.

Recruited for open positions in the allied health area for Meridian Health across multiple locations until July 2016 when we merged with Hackensack Meridian Health. At that time, I began recruiting for Allied Health across our expanded network. My day to day role consisted of partnering and consulting with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, interviewing process, and hiring decisions. I also facilitate new hire orientation for our southern region.

Managed all human resource activity such as recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and payroll. Responsible for a Physician Network, implementing a licensed weight loss program into physician practices. Assisted with product development, procurement, and overall operations of the company.

Responsible for selling and managing multiple accounts for long standing family business.

Managed a Graduate level Human Resources Leadership Development Program for the entire domestic Human Resources function. Worked with HR leadership to design and implement talent management strategies to ensure program success.

Supported various corporate client groups in delivering Human Resources strategies to enhance business results. Instrumental in implementing corporate initiatives. Planned and Executed international rotations, performance management, succession planning, and compensation planning processes.

Recruited for open positions at all levels for various functions in all of the NJ and PA J&J operating companies.

Provided comprehensive wellness services to corporate employees.

As part of my Bachelor Degree program at College of NJ I proactively sought out this internship to work with the #1 company in employee wellness. I worked on employee health fairs and developed implemented and evaluated my own health promotion project for the Corporate employees at J&J WHQ. Soon after the Health & Wellness department received headcount to hire in 1995 I was offered a full time job.
