I am a fourth-grade teacher committed to having a positive impact on student's lives through education. I bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a student-centered approach to the classroom every day and was named the 2025 Round Rock ISD Elementary Teacher of the Year. As a graduate of Rice University (BA) and the University of Texas at Austin (MPA), I understand the need to integrate educational theory and practice into my teaching to ensure the success of each student. I am particularly passionate about social-emotional learning and believe in the importance of nurturing not only academic growth but also the well-being and emotional development of every child.My mission is to instill a love for learning in each of my students while providing them with the tools they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, respected, and capable of reaching their full potential.
