I am a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, providing healthcare in Colorado for over 20 years with a practice experience covering an array of settings including the emergency department, inpatient hospital care, skilled nursing facilities, internal medicine and healthy aging clinics. I started Cunningham Clinic with a focus on integrating Western and European guidelines to help people look and feel better after suffering a life changing injury that left me immobile for years. My own journey and recovery was fully achieved utilizing hormone replacement therapy which inspired me to open my own practice and now I teach other providers how to integrate hormone therapies into their own practices. In 2023 I added author to my resume with the honor of being a Number One New Release on Amazon with my book Great Sex Never Gets Old: Health, Hormones And Having It All After Forty. Cunningham Clinic offers both healthy aging solutions and aesthetic treatments. My passion in helping people to look and feel better is achieved through a conservative approach utilizing the minimum amount of intervention to achieve a natural correction and to avoid looking “done”. First time clients can feel comfortable knowing I use a “start low, go slow” approach and craft clinic days to allow for longer visits and time to review each person’s individual anatomy, age related changes and the best way to aesthetic treatments to correct those changes.Currently on faculty at University of Colorado College of Nursing and Regis University as well as a trainer for Biote Medical and Allergan, I often have a graduate student or new provider to bioidentical hormone replacement therapy with me during clinic days (observing) to learn best practices or advanced techniques.My dedication to education often includes speaking at professional conferences, trade shows and corporate events.
