- Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the agency’s Safe House Program which included the Sexual Domestic Violence Emergency Shelter, the Human Trafficking Shelter, and transition houses.- Responsible for leading recruitment and screening of new employees.-Create and manage operational policies and procedures -Manage a diverse team of case managers and client advocates focused advocating and supporting the physical and psychological recovery of client.
