Responsible for planning and executing the attorney Summer Associate Program. Administered all aspects of the summer recruiting process. Primary coordinator for the DuPont Minority Job Fair that included planning and management of the job fairs in Wilmington, Los Angeles, Houston and Chicago. General responsibilities were screening resumes, coordinating and managing candidate interviews, meeting with all applicants in office to discuss the firm and its summer associate program and new hire orientations. Planned weekly events for the summer program that included large parties, small dinners and social gatherings.

Administered all aspects of the attorney summer associate recruiting process for a firm of over 600 attorneys. Acted as a liaison to the Law School and Judicial Clerk Recruitment Committee to assist them with planning and implementing the firm's attorney hiring program. General responsibilities included screening resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews with both the applicants and attorneys and meeting with all associate and summer associate applicants during their office interviews. Completed registration for on-campus interviews with law schools and job/career fairs, which included managing the interview teams per school. Planned and executed recruiting functions at law schools across the United States. Managed the Summer Associate Program for a class of 53 students. Compiled and maintained various firm statistics, which included number of candidates interviewed, hired, and other various data including breakdown of schools, along with interviewing expenses.

Administered all aspects of the attorney recruiting process for the firm’s Washington, D.C., Tysons Corner and Baltimore offices, with a total staff of 139 attorneys. Coordinated interviews and hiring through on-campus recruitment at law schools, managed the Summer Associate Program for a class of 15 students, determined work assignments in conjunction with members of the firm, and planned social events. Screened and contacted prospective lateral-hire attorneys, facilitated interviews with members and associates of the firm, and assisted newly hired attorneys with the lateral transition.
