In her most recent role as Customer Transformation Director for Core Banking, Kim was responsible for executing and delivering the future state of the customer interaction model.Kim created a foundational platform facilitating an accelerated shift to advancing digital capabilities, deepening relationships, providing advice-based solutions, elevating colleague development, and capitalizing on cross-organizational synergies.During her tenure at Citizens, Kim has held a number of roles including Head of Sales Strategy and Distribution, Head of Sales for Business Banking, Product Management and Retail Director for the Greater Boston and New England South Regions. She is also an executive member of the Consumer Banking and Enterprise Experience early career candidate program and the Executive Leadership Group at Citizens.
