She has worked with over 25 State Historic Preservation Offices as well as numerous state and local and regional agencies and utilities including EFSEC, Wisconsin DNR, King County, Seattle Parks and Recreation, ODOT, WSDOT, Idaho Transportation Department, Sound Transit, Portland Metro, LA Metro, PacifiCorp, PG&E, Southern California Edison, Okanagan PUD, and the City of Santa Clara. Ms. Demuth has led agencies, applicants and over 100 Indian tribes through many highly controversial environmental permitting projects to completion through facilitation and development of mitigation measures.
