Transitioning from paper and email only systems to integrations and innovations with cyber security, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, industry leading database design/applications, project management and property management software have been a focus of her current role, while coordinating these efforts to maintain positive and productive relationships both inside her organization, with investors, partners, tenants, lenders, contractors. and as a consultant.Currently, Kimberly's focus is taking the amalgamation of all these efforts and using it to help build Woodbury's new multifamily property management division, Woodbury Communities.
