Team documented high level flow of 30 sub-applications to facility working with offshore development team.• Oversaw data transition for multiple new suppliers for the Super K grocery business. Worked with suppliers to setup and test EDI data feeds.

Resource Manager/Project Manager for Blackbox team – Interfaces between legacy mainframe applications and DC WMS(Exceed) System. Responsible for managing new projects and technical support for Black Box application.• Led Black Box work effort for the implementation of a National Specialty Center (NSC) DC to consolidate specialty merchandise to a single location. Merchandise shipped from NSC through the RDC to the stores. • Identified existing issues in Legacy Mainframe applications (Inventory, Receiving, Shipment History) that resulted in discrepancies between daily inventory position held on DC WMS and the number tracked in the Mainframe DC Inventory system. Reduced daily discrepancies report from 99 to 3 pages.
