Striving to reach my full potential contributes to the creation of fulfillment and satisfaction in the work that I do. This drive translates differently in different spheres of work. Within my work, I seek not only to learn and master my mandate, but to expand beyond my personal responsibilities to consider the bigger picture and my place within it. This expansion involves participation in the identification and creation of process improvements, designed to increase efficiency, productivity and mitigate risk. Additionally, the creation and authorship of clear and concise standard operating procedures which contribute to a fluid and transferable knowledge base and skill-development platform. Also importantly, the development of inter-personal and group relationships, within which I seek to foster an environment of respect, encouragement and support.
