Recruitment and Retention SpecialistIn charge of ensuring calls are placed to potential and enrolled participants in clinical trials while maintaining confidential call logs for all potential participants as well as making sure that enrolled participants remain engaged in clinical trials. Directly in charge of maintaining call logs for current participants and ensuring inventory of supplies related to all clinical trials.Works directly with participants to ensure visits are conducted in alignment with protocols and ensuring data from visits are collected and entered into databases.

Fresno, California Area

Hosting office hours, grading papers, hosting make-up exams, and some teaching experience.

Planned and carried out major projects, such as the Alternative Spring Break Trip to the Dominican Republic (raising $3,986 for charity) and small/daily office tasks. Also mentoring two groups of student mentors within the Honors Program and planning co-curricular activities in order to engage students on campus. These programs included, but were not limited to: Cultural Events, Small Faculty Chats, Community Service Projects, and Community Builders.

Worked with over 1,000 nation-wide surveys to enter quantitative data into excel, code data, and analyze qualitative data. This also included working with NVivo and uploading documents to share with cross-national researchers.

Mills College

Worked with other teachers to make curriculum for a pre-K classroom in order to facilitate learning and social engagement. Also gained experience in working with children with special needs, specifically children with Downs Syndrome and children on the Autism Spectrum.

Helped to keep track of participant data as well as recruit and build participant databases in order to establish the Language Development Lab at Mills College. Also gained experience in coding videos of children's gaze.
