• Track complete project life-cycles, including schedules and timelines for all projects, routing assignments, approving character poses and monitoring project changes while providing project recaps and updates to clients.
• Led the development of over 100 character art projects and approximately 3,000 pieces of character illustration in 2012.

• Oversaw approval process for all artwork, documenting art director's feedback and communicating requests to artists.
