*Monitor Telemetry patients for any changes in heart rhythm or rate changes and notify nursing staff when applicable. * Admissions and Discharges. * Completing all associated paperwork including but not limited to: Central Line Nurse draws for Management Hourly Rhythm and Rate checks Glucose Report for PCAs Isolation Report Bed Alarms High Falls Risks and post on Nursing Station White Board Ventilator Patient information * Answer call lights and contact appropriate staff * Continuous phone skills * Entering charges in Epic for services such as Bladder Scans * Contact Support Departments such as Environmental Services, Maintenance, Laboratory, Pharmacy, or Central Services * Float all 4 Telemetry Floors

*Make sure that each clinical floor is fully staffed for every shift of every day using phone, email, and personal contact within all job categories. * Working closely with all clinical management for staffing needs. * Overseeing the Float Pool staffing schedules * Reporting to upper management about budgeting overages in relation to overtime and salaries * Continuous phone skills * Reviewing accuracy of daily staffing boards
