I have been maintaining knowledge of how the 529 and ABLE Savings accounts work for almost 8 years, assisting account owners with inquiries about their contributions and withdrawals and other information related to their accounts. I keep very detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions so that the processing center and management handle any issues in a timely manner. I analyze withdrawal transactions on a daily basis to make sure proper documentation is on file to correctly process disbursements in accordance with 529 and PA Treasury regulations. I also regularly assist my supervisor in her absence with questions from Fiscal Review.

I am responsible for inventory and planogram maintenance for several brands at a local Target store. I work directly with store management and associates on every visit to identify issues and help keep merchandise in stock.

I maintained knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information and policies and procedures related to delivery and service. I qualified inbound sales calls to develop leads into new customers. I pursued new opportunities with follow up on marketing campaigns and inactive customer lists. I managed inventory on several product lines for six high volume Wal-Mart stores to ensure appropriate stock levels and secure product placement to maximize sales. I consistently negotiated for multiple displays and signage throughout stores to promote additional products. I informed all key decision makers of sales results and upcoming promotions.
