Fiscal, clinical, operational management of private practice hand therapy clinics in plastic surgeon offices - 2 locations. Provided treatment for various hand injuries, with dynamic splinting, static splinting, scar management and therapeutic interventions, reporting directly to surgeons and providing management of care from surgery to discharge. Provided wound care under direct supervision of physicians.
