Mail Services

I am responsible for paginating all of the daily publications NPG owns. This also includes the special sections that we produce, commercial and internal. Occasionally I am called upon to help with mail related problems/questions due to my previous direct mail experience with NPG. I had recently found a that one of our publications could save $30,000 a year in postage if we entered the mail at a different entry point.

Support of Sales Staff

I worked with Angus Genetics which is a subsidiary of American Angus. I would help customers with submitting DNA samples to us as well as taking phone calls that have to do with DNA testing for the company.

A/R in our corporate office

I was responsible for the 1st & 3rd class mail that was printed and mailed through the Production Facility, sheetfed and web printing. In 2004, 2006 and 2008 I was responsible for processing and distribution of all the political mail as well as all other mail produced through our facility. Later I was in charge of coordinating print jobs from start to finish through the Production Facility, both web and sheet fed. I would also provide print and mail estimates for both web and sheet fed jobs.
