• Perform examinations in fast-paced outpatient imaging facility. • Current position consists of being main sonographer in Breast Care Imaging Center which involves: co-managing office, performing breast ultrasounds, checking-in patients, maintaining productive workflow, ordering supplies, working directly with breast surgeons and achieving accreditation for ultrasound through the American College of Radiology. • Responsible for obtaining patient medical history, analyzing images, writing detailed reports, and communicating findings to the appropriate physician/radiologist. • Proficient in Merge system (RIS/PACS), EPIC (electronic health record system), and RHIO-HealtheConnections (health information exchange system). • Equipment used: Logiq E9 XD Clear, Logiq S8, Logiq E9, and Philips iU22. • Responsible for coordinating quarterly and annual preventative maintenance with service technician and applications to ensure the highest image quality. • Cover on-call shifts (nights & weekends) for local Urgent Care centers and family practices. • Actively involved in training new hires if needed.
