Currently work on a consultant basis for Business Development, Strategic HR Operations, Training, and Recruitment initiatives.

• Responsible for executing recruiting strategies for assigned corporate positions within Kaplan University and affiliates• Proactively source candidates by means of cold calling, maintenance of job board advertisement, referrals, and industry networking• Provide responsive and proactive customer service and build/maintain relationships with hiring managers• Serve as a representative of Kaplan University at in-house orientations, jobs fairs, and campus recruiting events• Ensure compliance of new hire files including but not limited to applications, resumes, background releases and results, interview notes and signed offer letters• HRIS and ATS management for all location hiresWhen I transitioned from recruiting into a career coaching role I worked with corporate employees and KU students in all stages of career development and career transition. I would assist with the selection and analysis of career assessments, resumes/cover letter revision, preparation of short-term and long-term career goals, and recommend advantageous education and professional training courses. I regularly researched & presented on topics pertaining to current trends in career management.
