I have worked in the field of education for 23 years. I hold an Ed.S. in school psychology from Ball State University. I have experience working with all ages of students and teachers in both elementary and secondary settings. I also have experience problem solving and planning with principals, counselors, and superintendents. Data collection, assessment and evaluation are my areas of strength. I am also experienced in consultation and collaboration. I transitioned out of education into full-time ministry working for the orphan child for one year. As a writer for Back2Back ministries, I leveraged my skills and abilities to impact the lives of the children served through the ministry. Through effective and inspirational communication, I worked to inspire the audience to connect with the children, their stories, and be actively involved in the ministry and the solution for the present day global orphan crisis.Currently, I work as a full-time school psychologist at a local ESC serving high-school aged students. I have recently added virtual assessment via Q-Interactive to my evaluation battery. Primarily, I lead educational evaluations, complete behavior planning and work with collaborative partners, including Children's Home and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center to address student needs as mental health manifests in the school environment and student transition from hospitalization.I am trained in ADOS 2 administration and currently serve on a district’s autism team.
