Problem solving and procuring title Vesting issues, along with clearing all Liens, Judgments and Suits against the property according to the guidelines set forth by the Underwriters & TDI. Assuring that all documents are property executed for funding approval for all Cash and Lending transactions. Disbursed all funds accordingly, via Check or Bank Wire, and submitted all legal documents for Recording in the County Clerk's Office to be filed of record. Submitted 1099 information accordingly after closing into the files.Mailing out Originally Recorded Deeds, Deeds of Trusts, POAs, and other legal documents that required to be recorded at closing. Reconciling Outstanding Checks that have not cleared the Escrow Account or have been returned by mail due to undelieverable.

Assisting the Senior Escrow Officers with procuring all vesting and title issues in order to provide a Free & Clear title for closing. Problem solving and procuring title Vesting issues, along with obtaining payoffs on all Liens, Judgments and Suits against the property according to the guidelines set forth by the Underwriters & TDI. Assisting with working up Preliminary CDs, HUDs, & Commercial Closing Statements according to the Contracts, Amendments, and Closing Instructions from Lenders for review before scheduling closing. Assuring that all documents are property executed for funding approval for all Cash and Lending transactions. Disbursed all funds accordingly, via Check or Bank Wire, and submitted all legal documents for Recording in the County Clerk's Office to be filed of record.

Assisting Sales Rep/ Agents with submitting New Real Estate Contracts to Title & Escrow companies for processing. Provided items required by Title & Escrow to procure and clear title for closing. Reviewing and approving Preliminary Closing Statements before being sent out for Buyers, Sellers, & Agents to review. Keeping all parties informed on transaction as it processed in order to ready all parties and schedule closing the closing dates and times with the Title & Escrow companies.
