• Managing new builds which includes securing and ordering substrates, silicon (NAND, NOR, RAM) from suppliers, coordinating build schedules with subcons, as well as test schedules prior to parts being shipped to customers for samples.• Ensuring accurate and reliable build quantities are produced to properly supply Q&R teams material to qualify line items and ensure all sample demand is filled after yield is figured.• Collaborate dates with subcon planners and test planners for multiple builds and prioritize accordingly.• Update teams on status of line items weekly (sometimes daily) to ensure all interested and affected parties have the latest build information/dates.• Coordinate with Production planners for line items after qualification is complete to ensure customer demand is fulfilled.• Keep and send spreadsheets/data of previous, current, and upcoming builds to ensure cost is accurate, shipment dates, custom clearances are resolved, and sample commit dates are on track.
