My dynamic career with the United States Secret Services has afforded me many opportunities that have pushed the boundaries of my leadership capabilities and expanded my ability to collaborate with people of all backgrounds to accomplish a common mission. Throughout my 18 year tenure, I have led internal agency teams and partnered with international counterparts throughout the globe. In this role, I routinely create and lead cohesive internal teams and collaborate with external partners across diverse racial and cultural backgrounds to seamlessly execute on goals and objectives.My federal government experience has been a catalyst to my success but it is my drive for cultivating communities that has propelled my nonprofit leadership experience alongside my professional career. For over 10 years I served as a volunteer firefighter and as a board member for several nonprofit organizations. I have contributed to organizations that I believe can connect and inspire people to achieve massive success in their lives while bettering the world around them. I have led key initiatives including fundraising, donor relations, and communication strategy to help drive the core mission of impactful organizations. Additionally, I am a skilled public speaker and community builder which I have leveraged to inspire action towards a common cause both professionally and as a community advocate.
