Shortly thereafter I went to Epic University in Verona, WI and became a Build Analyst who supported both the Foundation and Community Connect tickets for Epic build and troubleshooting issues.  I was responsible for the design, build, testing, validation and support for the Revenue Cycle application on the Resolute team. I also supported Epic PB statements for the last 5 years by analyzing corporate and self-pay statement & worked with 3rd party statement vendors to maintain both corporate and self-pay statements.I routinely updated SER Provider/Resource records as required for professional billing, including charge capture.Nova experience running testing scripts during Epic upgrades. I documented new scripts as needed for worklow validation.As an end user I resolved claims and registration edits, checked claims status with the clearing house and insured clean claims submissions.  As a builder I completed requests for Charge Review, Accounts, Cash Drawer, Deposit Roconciliation, File Import & Reconciliation of import/exports etc.   I was a Tier 3 analyst for Community Connect on Resolute, and I worked closely with Community Connect Tier 2 to resolve build issues.I often accepted files imported into Epic and researched any missing charges that didn't interface to the EHR from an external source.I reviewed EMP records and hijacked users if additional research is required to resolve user security.
