I have nearly twenty years of experience in public accounting. I specialize in serving public and non-public financial institutions and specialty finance entities, ranging in size from start-ups to multibillion dollar institutions. My responsibilities include managing all phases of an audit, including executing the audit plan, establishing responsibilities for specific areas of audit work, and supervising, training, reviewing, and evaluating staff assigned to engagements. I have extensive experience with the preparation of financial statements and supplementary financial information, and am knowledgeable in both U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
