• Finance Lead for high-growth Diagnostics business with full P&L responsibility for end-to-end functions across the US and International markets. • Managed end-to-end design, calculation, and implementation of standard costing in the Reference Labs. Zoetis systems had never previously implemented standard costing for services. • Led the financial integration of the newly acquired Reference Lab service business into SAP. • Streamlined the financial and KPI reporting of the Zoetis Reference Labs to provide stronger insights for strategic decisions.

• Oversaw the P&L of the Lincoln, NE and White Hall, IL manufacturing sites.• Lead for the Lincoln and White Hall physical inventory counts. Completed process transformation leading to an elimination of two days from the process, resulting in an increase in absorption and a reduction in scrap and overtime. • Established a method to assess the weekly scrap risk for Lincoln operations and optimize the distressed inventory reserve.• Devised the Lincoln and White Hall budgets and forecasts and completed month-end close activities.• Led financial trainings for non-finance colleagues, translating complex financial models and reports to increase engagement and understanding.

• Finance Lead for the quarterly earnings process. Presented quarterly earnings materials to the CEO and CFO. Developed Management Discussion & Analysis (“MD&A”) content in SEC filings and generated insights and data for investor presentations and external filings. • Overhauled the Zoetis quarterly earnings process with the creation of new internal processes as well as external reporting mechanisms. • Supported financial modeling of the Zoetis wide financial transformation (“Zoetis Next”). The project included eliminating 5,000 SKUs, selling ten manufacturing plants and eliminating 2,500 positions. • Supported financial diligence of targeted M&A businesses and presented findings to senior management.• Partnered with ZTD to manage and maintain master data in the financial systems used by the global finance organization.

• Developed the first Effective Tax Rate (“ETR”) model internal to Zoetis post spin-off from Pfizer.• Strategized and designed transfer pricing policies and tax operating models for the newly formed organization. • Responsible for over $100M of intercompany charges to support tax compliance and the Zoetis operating model.
