*** Loan Operations ***• Process Escrow Disbursements for city and county taxes, hazard and flood insurance.• Prepare and file UCC Continuations, Releases and Satisfaction of mortgages.• Review and track collateral for all commercial and consumer loans and produce monthly exception report.• Manage Force Placed insurance for commercial and consumer collateral.• Track all flood insurance on commercial and residential properties.• Assist customers with inquires on commercial and consumer loans.• Quote and process payoffs for commercial and consumer loans, home equity loans and other lines of credit.*** Mortgage Loan Processor ***• Process Mortgage Loans for Secondary Market and Portfolio Loans according to FNMA and internal guidelines.• Order credit, title, insurance, appraisals, flood certifications, tax transcripts, condominium and PUD documentation, verify mortgages, deposits, social security numbers, employment and various other information.• Send disclosures and Lock-In Agreements, prepare and submit subordination and PMI requests. • Work closely with Loan Officers, Attorneys and customers to obtain documentation and arrange closings.
