The Shoreline Greenway Trail is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of southern Connecticut's residents by providing safe and convenient walking and biking paths. I am focused on expanding the town of Guilford's pathways in an effort to reduce our town's dependency on cars by providing safe routes to bike or walk to town, schools, parks and other points of interest. Founding member of the Flash Accelerated SoluTions team (FAST) with the primary mission to drive adoption of flash storage.Incorporating flash storage technology to accelerate key software applications and IT environments to ease customer pain points. Successful projects to date that are driving additional revenue include integrating the IBM FlashSystem with ProtecTIER storage appliance, zLinux with Oracle database, GPFS, Identity Insight software, and Tealeaf software.

Led the POWER8, 22nm program through Charter and Concept phases of business planning and funding stages with approval to move to Plan DCP with over $900M development budget. Successfully led a broad scope and budget update (+$188M) which broadened our current offering to proactively improve positioning and competitiveness of these offerings. Project managed over 20 core team members across multiple organizations in the timely completion of all business and development deliverables. Clearly communicated accomplishments, risks and status to the executive project sponsors and extended teams, and ultimately completed the project within all schedule and budget measurements.

Managed all Business Planning and Product Management responsibilities of the Power Systems enterprise servers following the Project Management and Integrated Product Development principles. Led the announcement of the POWER6+, POWER7 and POWER7+ products lines, which drove IBM revenue of $2B annually through 2010-11.Managed the Joint Engineering and Manufacturing Test Systems (JEMTS) program, a $25M/quarter program used to support nine successful product announcements in 2008. Consistently outperformed the program budget by 20% while meeting engineering, manufacturing and supply chain requirements.

Led supply chain professionals on Sony Playstation3 account, which generated $500M IBM revenue.Served as the primary point of contact for all supply chain issues, presented weekly status reports to senior vice presidents, delegated supply planning and order management across the team, and presented daily status reports to Sony. As the primary point of contact with Sony, improved on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.Recipient of the Lou Gerstner Award for Client Excellence as a member of the Games Triple Crown Team, one of three teams within IBM to receive the award in 2006.
