Partner with members of management team and oversee more than an 50 employees Consultant for human resources related issues including employee relations, development and implementation of organizational policies, staffing, benefits and compensation administration, training, and compliance.-Partners with management in assessing business needs, defines qualifications, develops recruiting plans, interviews and refers qualified candidates to hiring managers. - Provides consultation to management. Address issues through administration, discussion and recommended action to policies and procedures. - Assists in the building and development plans for key and/or high potential personnel as identified via succession planning and talent management. -Manages recruiting and employment processes for exempt and non-exempt employees. -Plans and new employee orientation to foster positive attitudes toward company goals. - Conducts employee relations counseling, including coaching and corrective action administration. performs effective, thorough and objective formal investigations and provides appropriate documentation and feedback. - Coordinates workers’ compensation. - Manages HR Specialist -Develops Compensation plan including sales Incentive plans-Ensures operation meets federal compliance requirements (EEOC, ADA, FMLA, etc.)-Frequently spends time one-on-one with employees.
