•Recruiting for Psychiatrists, Clinicians, Case Managers, Program Supervisors, Directors, Youth Workers, Mental Health Workers, and Administrative Staff for this social service agency•Ensuring newly hired candidates meet all educational and professional qualifications required for each position •Completing new hire paper work with new hires including policies and procedures and required forms for personnel file•Processing Child Abuse, FBI and State Criminal Clearance as well as verifying previous employment•Preparing and maintaining personnel files to ensure all documentation is complete and remains up to date including Clearances and documentation to ensure employees remain free from contagious diseases•Preparing contracts and reviewing them with newly hired contractors in various social services programs •Assisting with employee relation issues •Maintaining excel spreadsheets to track all recruits
