My role at The Forge Boutique was varied. Dealing with customers face to face, stock management, visual merchandising, raising the social media profile, delivering the best customer experience, training new team members, dealing with contractors.

My role as Customer Service Manager was varied and no day was the same. I was responsible for training and developing the Customer Adviser staff, running the branch, controlling risk within the branch, managing and achieving branch targets, carrying out investment and insurance interviews and keeping the team motivated to not only achieve targets but also deliver exceptional customer service.
