Enforces Notices of Entry upon secure judgment and accompanied by law enforcement. • Guide the Plan Review Committees in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, focused on redevelopment, new construction, and enforcement. • Facilitates the operations of the Development Standards Committee, a Township appointed Committee, leading the actions and operations of Design and Architectural review, permitting and code enforcement. • Develop and implement Community Wide ordinance such as Standards for all Residential and Commercial properties.• Manage the operations and enforcement of Covenants, Deed Restrictions, Easements Charges and Liens for Commercial and Residential properties in The Woodlands Texas, for The Woodlands Township, a Special Purpose District with approximately 120,000 in population.• Oversee the work of departmental divisions, implementing department programs and goals and assisting with Department Budget preparation, including staffing, program and 5-year plan submissions.• Provide Database Administration for the department database designed for parcel data, permitting and enforcement.• Provide website administration for posting agendas, minutes, and calendar events.• Manage Public Information Requests in accordance with Attorney General requirements.
