•• Provide outstanding customer service by working directly with 100+ contractors on a personal level• Administratively support the Senior Managing Director, Delivery Manager, 6 Account Managers, and 8 recruiters • Correspond accordingly via telephone and email• Prepare/submit/approve expense reports• Work effectively with Field Accounting, Compliance, A/P, A/R, and Security team remotely• Maintain both electronic and paper files for all past and current contractors• Meet with all new hires and administer hiring paperwork including accurate I-9, E-Verify, and benefits• Perform front end of Payroll for 150+ contract employees through Oracle/Peoplesoft• Create and maintain Excel Spreadsheets regularly• Prepare and submit reports as required• Exposure to several different VMS time keeping systems • Process front end of security clearances for federal contract placements, submit drug test orders and background checks through GIS/EQUEST
