The Applications Analyst II is seen as the senior analyst and project manager primarily responsible for the coordination of the Chemo Order Entry (COE) Clinical application at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Womens hospital as it relates to the Oncology electronic medication administration record (eMAR). The analyst participates and guides in the design, development, testing, implementation, and on-going maintenance between the COE application, the site pharmacy applications and the eMAR computer application. The analyst also assumes responsibility related to training and educational programs for the COE clinical applications. Work responsibilities include the analytic work and support for small, medium and/or large projects.

Responsibilities included software systems training, documentation of new policies and procedures as they related to the Hospital Information System (HIS), continuing education for users in various departments, and end user applications and coordinated the implementation of clinical and financial software applications throughout CareGroup Network. Management responsibility for the upgrade to software version 4.7 throughout the CareGroup Network. Acted as liaison between end users and software vendors. problem resolution. Acted as Project Lead for the implementation of Radiology and PCI software
