About Kimberly O'Shields

Continuum Solutions LLC (www.continuumnow.com) was founded by Kimberly O'Shields as a result of her passion for college student well-being. Kimberly has over 25 years professional experience blending a combination of both engineering, PM, nutrition, non-profit and higher education experience. These unique skills are being used to create technical solutions to provide virtual well-being services on college and university campuses. As a result of the pandemic, students are disconnected from much needed campus dining and campus recreational support services. However, the virtual Healthier Campus Initiative will connect students with healthy eating, fitness, food insecurity, mindfulness and online well-being courses remotely.
