Spear-headed the development and successful transition of 231k customers in 8 states from one system (Ista) to (Choice). Served as the subject matter expert on these 25 utilities regarding the electric and gas data. Oversaw field testing and liaison with key stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of all business objectives. Interfaced regularly as field expert to enhance team skills and knowledge base. Managed a team internally and externally to ensure that all billing and enrollments were processed daily to ensure revenue was logged. Ensured that all internal teams received appropriate data to perform their daily tasks, along with making sure we were PUC compliant in all utilities; from customer communications to billing formats. Successfully ensured that market entry goals for the company were met timely and within budget for 3 new market areas. Converted 23 markets from external system to internal system Researched and implemented EDI transactions for over 30+ utility markets across the US Ensured that all monthly reporting to the utilities and upper management was completed timely.

Oversaw daily back-office functions (billings, tariff analysis, account receivables, collections, customer service, and order provisioning). Facilitated the daily relationship with back-office provider and collections provider. Ensured that all SLA’s were met by those providers. Facilitated new market entry for all back-office functions, which also included EDI testing for the market, product and payment processes.
