As a certified Psychological Triage Specialist, I specialize in helping my clients overcome pandemic pressures, trauma, and stress with short-term care (rather than years) enabling my clients to move forward more quickly with a purposeful, meaningful life. I offer individual, short-term one-time or weekly counseling sessions with resources and offer referrals to licensed professionals in other areas when needed. Our group also offers mindfulness relaxation practices and elderly wellness check-ins.
