My responsibilities included direction of the CSM and CM staff as well as production in meeting the catering budget.

This position required orchestration of the catering team, marketing, menu development and budgeting.

My position included staff management, menu development, budgeting, restaurant orchestration and event planning. Forest Hill Country Club hosted the LPGA for three years. The planning of the LPGA was included in my responsibilities.
